September 20, 2019

It was a great honor to welcome our guests to our first GREEN LUNCH Munich on Friday, September 20, 2019, in the premises of the Osteria da Massimo at Dietrichstraße 2 in Munich. The Osteria is young, lively and uncomplicated and has provided us with an enjoyable event in a cheerful and relaxed atmosphere in the Kaminzimmer. In addition, the location within walking distance of the Dantebad is ideal, as we visited the pilot project “Living for all at the Dantebad” by Florian Nagler Architekten as part of our event.

First, we started our event with an exciting impulse on the topic of “Modular Building” by Mr. Andreas Lerge from Holzbaunetzwerk München.
After our lunch we took a look together at the pilot project “Living for all at Dantebad” and heard some interesting information about the project.

Together, we were able to discuss the possibilities and opportunities that modular building offers for residential and commercialflaces. For example, modular buildings meet the highest standards of thermal, fire and noise protection and can be easily integrated into the existing building stock at the respective location. In terms of durability, they are in no way inferior to conventionally constructed buildings. In contrast to conventional construction, modular buildings can also be dismantled without leaving any residues.

As usual, Dr. Wagner & Partner moderated the event and discussion around this exciting topic.

We are very pleased to welcome you on September 20, 2019 at the “Osteria da Massimo” for the 1st GREEN LUNCH Munich.
