After the GREEN LUNCH Frankfurt was able to establish itself as a fixed platform in the Frankfurt real estate scene, this year we dared to make the leap to the capital.

It was a great honor for us to welcome you at TOUR TOTAL at förderbar GmbH on 07 September 2017. The topic this time was innovations and digitalization and it was illuminated what influence innovations and digitalization will have on the working world 4.0. Together we discussed the interfaces to current and future projects in the real estate industry.

After a welcome and a tour of the office space of förderbar GmbH, the topic of innovations and digitalization was introduced via an impulse. The speaker was Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Sahin Albayrak, founder and director of the DAI Laboratory in Berlin. The research institute of the TU Berlin currently employs about 150 scientific and student staff. Professor Albayrak is also head of the Chair of Agent Technologies in Operational Applications and Telecommunications (AOT) and conducts research on the human-virtual agent interface in teamwork situations.

As host, we were able to win Thomas Schröter, Managing Director of förderbar and eventurecat GmbH, for a joint cause. Mr. Schröter has 25 years of corporate finance and M&A experience, is a multiple founder of IT companies and strategic advisor for transactions and capital measures in the IT industry. Mr. Schröter reported in the context of an impulse about the chances for the implementation of innovations in the working world.
