Initial situation
For Alphabrik GmbH, the task at hand was to develop a suitable office concept and find a matching property. The concept should be able to react flexibly to the growth plans of the IT service provider, so that it would also be able to offer sufficient space to the growing workforce in the future. Assuming further growth of the company, the introduction of a desk-sharing model is envisioned, which would offer additional flexibility in everyday work life. The concept provides for a “work area” and a community area, which is also intended for guests. The community area can be used for events as well as a communication space for the employees.

Results
A first-class property in HafenCity was found in a lean process. In addition to the property and its excellent central location, the extremely modern and flexible office concept, which has a lot to offer in terms of design, is also impressive.
Another great result is a proven cost saving of 40% in the furniture selection process, which would not have been achieved without the help of W+P.
