The Berner Group was undergoing a “generation change” and examining its strategic orientation. The challenge was to develop an encompassing spatial and organisational concept that strengthened its branding and became more flexible in terms of operational orientation. At the same time, the attractiveness of the property and the work environment was to be increased and aligned with future requirements.
